Nothing wrong with exploring your feeling, being real. You will learn from yourself.

Vulnerability is one of the most attractive characteristics in anyone's makeup, in my opinion. Vulnerability doesn't make you seem weak; it makes you seem human. We've all been hurt, needy. We connect with each others' soft spots. Have you ever watched someone cry without feeling more understanding and sympathetic toward them afterward?
Too often people try to hide vulnerabilities, when sharing them is what connects us with the world.

i tend to face the uglies, even if they hurt, because i think it is better to deal with it. I used to be a compartmentalizer years ago, but i got into my feelings..oyyy.i did not know they ran so deep, so used i was living in my head.

I think you are learning something about yourself, and i think you are moving in the right direction.

Being hurt and disappointed is a choice. It just became the past and we can never alter the past. Eyes on the road ahead and don't let others decide if you are going to be happy.. And, yes, it seems the big things are easier than the death by a thousand cuts. So tougher skin and a positive self love is the answer.
