It will all work out, and you can change anything as many fucking times as you want. Make the windows and the outdoors your features.

I didn't quite get if the lower floor was the main floor, or the basement level. Can't picture your studio underground, but then I don't understand the slant of the land and levels.

4100 is insanely big. Congrats. You and y'all deserve it.
