I looked for you and everyone else but no one was visible on TV because of the special covering that was added to protect the grass. The covering created an illusion “highlighting any areas where people were not standing," so I'm sure that's why I didn't see you and the hundreds of thousands of other people demonstrating there.

Empowering!

I was there too. It was an immense, very courteous but determined, crowd, so many that they opened the Metro gates and waved people through without making them pay to keep hazardous jam-ups from occurring. There were about ten of us together, 3 guys, the rest women (two grandmas), including a knitting teacher from New Hampshire who gave me a snappy pink knitted kitty-ears hat which I wore with pride.

Good for you! Welcome to the resistance

You were in DC?

Yeah. I have a house in DC in addition to the place in the Blue Ridge where my glass-walled dungeon is.

I went back to Farragut Square early Sunday morning to try to get some photos and video of all the signs that had been laid out around the statue of David Farragut, but I was too late. The clean-up crew beat me to it.

I have neuro Lyme disease which seems pretty persistent (I don't like to mention it on my blog as I try to protect my identity...)

Well some people (including doctors) believe that once it's spread this badly you'll never recover but that it'd be a dance between remission and relapse in which case I am aiming for remission forever (but let's get there first!). I have better days and not so much but it has certainly affected my level of kinkiness. Regardless I would have never guessed I'd still be this unwell when I was diagnosed last summer.

Hope you're well x
