Good luck but watch out if you set a too ambitious goal in the beginning, it can be harder to stick to. Why wouldn't going three times a week be enough? Three would be fantastic, twice satisfactory and four times super amazing (and exceeding expectations).

I've noticed that some people fail as they set too high goals.

I don't exercise as much as I used to as I am back to work now. I am happy with two gym sessions per week but there is even better (which I try to do as often as possible).

Well done for starting to exercise - it really is good for mind and body!
