LOL - I also cannot do these things but am envious of those who do....

Some people really deserve it!

Reminds of the scene from Waiting to Exhale when Angela Bassett cleans out her man's closet and burns all his clothes and bling inside his car.

Part of your story, the single shoe, reminded me of a somewhat happier thought. When I was down in Florida in January, I was walking on a street near the beach in Clearwater when I spotted a lone sandal propped up against a wall with a small sign that said:

LOST SOLE IN SEARCH OF A SOLEMATE

Silly, but it made me smile.

Too funny! Like one of you, it brought back flashbacks of the movie and it also reminded Me that as angry or vengeful as some of U/us can be, there is probably someone else who has already drawn up a better plan, with a better target, and a longer-lasting effect.

In my opinion, vengeance is the ultimate last word..and if that scenario was true, she surely made quite a statement...

That movie never came to mind, but what I thought on was the time I snipped enough threading in my bf's suit pants that when he was on the dance floor, and making his moves,(dance moves that is) those pants would split, and they did... I wonder if my shit eating grin was ever really noticed...( we were on a cruise at the time)

Sarah, I suspect you may have started the "revenge story" thread here!

Leaving Lorena Bobbit to one side (a LONGGG way to one side, if you please!) there are loads of tales out there.

I heard of someone who, stuffed the guilty paty's curtain pole with frozen shrimp before she moved out. When he eventually decided to move apartment on account of the awful smell, she watched from across the street with great satisfaction as the removal men loaded the curtain pole into the van!
