Postscript

I don't have a library of Olivia Wilde pictures that I bathe my mind in. Her publicity/talkshow persona I find nauseatingly smug. But she's part of the culture, and around. Great eyes. And, as I said, what a body. The image above might be the first one I have on my drive. And this one I found - went looking for - after my dream when I decided to write this post.

Just an FYI.

Thanks for visiting.

You're not alone. She has multiple times walked down Lesbian Lane - it was her thing on House. She's even bedded down Ashley Greene of Twilight. Don't know the film, came across it via Ms. Greene.

First of all, the common form of Magnesium supplement is Magnesium Oxide. This form your body only absorbs at a four percent rate. So it is worthless. You need to find Magnesium Glycinate.

Dosage amounts vary with body weight -- which is obvious - but you rarely hear that. My body fat percentage is below 14%, and I weigh 205 pounds. Some formulas say I should have 900 mgs of Magnesium a day. That number is based on my muscle mass and my diet. I supplement with protein powder daily. This is good for your health and fitness, but directly bad for Magnesium retention. I try to take at least 400, and shoot for 600 to 800. Adjust yours accordingly to size, exercise rate, amount of protein in your diet.. If you think you are Magnesium deprived, take 1.5x what you think is a good daily amount the first 2 days, then go with your "normal". Potassium I go by banana sizes, which is roughly 400 mgs per banana. I figure 1 to 1.5 of that a day is fine. Less if I eat a banana or break down and eat some potatoes. Either way, now I always seem to take at least 100 mgs of Potassium whenever I take Magnesium.

Sounds a bit complicated, I know. But sleep, in my view, is worth it. And sleep is a good indicator of long term brain health.

    Quoting gardengirl:
I take a daily magnesium supplement and do Epsom salt soaks when my migraines get bad. The burger and fries (and a caffeinated beverage, since I can't take any of the triptan headache meds) fix does the trick for me often too. I gotta catch it before I get nauseous though, or else I just end up puking burger and fries. Also, I'm about five months late to the discussion, but what the hell. I decided to check the blogs.
Hi ... (well, be sure to check the type of Magnesium you take, as "Oxide" is doing you no good). Good to see you, hope you are well ...
