The worse thing I could possibly feel would be emptiness, numb of emotions being if I felt feared, depressed, or even angry I could question these emotions and find reasoning behind them. With simply being numb of emotions I am unable to.

For the sake of discussion fear can be classified as a feeling, however it is actually a state in which one is physiologically stimulated to react. The acronym for FEAR stands for frightened emotions astray of reality. The basis of fear can lead to all the feelings you asked about, so to answer your question fear is the worst ' feeling' to have.

To be beautiful in an ugly world, sensitive in an unfeeling society and feel human in a faceless beaurocracy is what I reach out towards. I want to be positive, I want to look forward and yet stagnating or going backwards is so very hard to deal with..............Depression  ( how you all doing out there XxX

That was a tough one, kitty, given the choices. i chose emptiness although i think uncaring is very similar feeling. But real emptiness i can see as more than just uncaring. It's more akin to death.

Sorry...but "Hate" to me is the worst fear! Nobody should ever have hatred towards anyone!! But thinking now, is that really a "Fear"? Hmmmm. If someone really has hatred deep down, then I am sure they do not fear that! So perhaps my point is moot!!

I really can't believe I was the first one that clicked on FEAR. I do believe that FEAR is the worst feeling any one can have because when you have fear every thing below it comes into play. (even horniness)
