I never got the opportunity to see them live, but I started following them back when they were a a New Wave group with "In Sympathy" and their catchy hit "Work For Love". Then of course Al & the gang started to go in a bit of a different direction by the time of "Twitch" and "The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste" (which I also have - LOL ). I have to admit that the last 10 years or so I haven't really followed them.

During the whole "New Wave" explosion I was a big Wendy O. Williams/Plasmatics fan & have just about everything I could get at the time on vinyl, including Import pressing. Talk about out there and outrageous - I loved how Tom Snyder had the balls to have them on late night TV back in the 80's, exploding car in the studio and chainsawing guitars and all. Fucking awesome that! Too bad she got depressed and went out by shotgun later. Ichi, Ni, San Shi!
