is hollywood really dead?...the remaking of the movie so when I heard on the radio that some studio plans on remaking the classic.." white men can't jump"... i was sorta pissed. I mean it's not like it was oscar worthy material or anything....but it is a fun movie... The reason it works is the cast... woody harrelson ( who plays the lovable hard working white dude that you just know comes home and smokes a blunt or two_/. the always talented wesley snipes and oh so fuckable rosie perez ( sorry that was my dick talking ( but hey your dick was thinking the same thing) Sooo yeah unless your gonna cast chris pratt at billy hoyle...I'm not fucking interested in this remake. Even then the movie is gonna bomb.. This shit has to stop.. Even then this movie was made in 1992.. is it still politically correct to remake a movie whose whole premise is white guys are inferior to black men? I mean it is even in the fucking title. ( I mean why not just call the movie " white men have small dicks". Should white guys go on social media and complain/boycott/insist that this movie will give their white sons poor social images of themselves/make them feel inferior because of the color of their skin.? Might seen foolish right? but you know someone would be bitching if the roles were reversed...say " black guys can't swim" or asians can't drive or whatever other racist stereotype one wants to use from some lame comedy routine. Don't think the white guy sucks at sports stereotype exist? Just ask any black on the court what he thinks of the white opponent...he thinks he can easily beat them. hell in the nfl and the nba there have been black players who said they couldn't believe that their opponent was white..they openly said that to the media. One nba player said that about steve nash For the longest time players thought jason sehorn was black because he was fast and played a traditional black only position on the team ( cornerback) for the NY Giants. if a white player is fast he is gonna be compared to so and so white player.. basically saying he is fast.. but he is "fast for a white guy". Hell if a white college qb is fast.. he is listed as having "deceptive" speed.. it happened to one of the qb this year and dan patrick's crew tweeted to the qb on what does that mean. The qb replied ".. I guess I'm fast for a white guy". Soooo yeah...why is it okay in 2017 to remake a movie whose stereotype is based on the falsehood that white men can't play sports? If anything you'd think hollywood would be socially conscious of ALL stereotypes... Oh right.. it is a stereotype against white men..it guess it is still okay to portray them as inferior/idiotic/lazy/homer simpson/paul blart esque ..perhaps hollywood can just recast the character of billy hoyle as a woman.. The movie would then be more diverse and the still can goof on the folly of white men. One final bitch in this arena...is there anything worse than calling a movie "Logan" of the x men comic books fame and then making him this bearded limp dicked hero at the end of his career... Then lets have him teamed up with a 12 yr old girl "wolverine" clone.. basically this 80 lb girl has all of wolverines' powers ( including his claws ) and having her easily defeat adult men...Am I the only one tired of that stereotype?..evil white men that are be killed by white girls? Does anyone really wanna see that combo? it's like hollywood has this hatred for anything older and male..so it's like they simply want to replace it as quickly as possible.? . |

Perhaps I should just be happy with being...what did you call me?..boring.. As a white male now a days I am just glad that you didn't stereotype me as being racist/sexist/homophone/anti woman/anti Muslin/anti immigrant or a trump supporter. (Any of my readers will tell you that I had to hand in my " make america great again" trump hat yesterday) My point of this is there is racism/sexism everywhere...you can say that white men are never discriminated against... But I think you refuse to see it/ your walking around with blinders on....and I actually think you believe that white male privilege bs... Discrimination happens every day and it is legal as all fuck to discriminate against a white man in america. . hell the government does it legally every day with it's hiring practices... for example look at the test to become a police officer/fighter fighter... minority candidates/women are given extra points on their exams to increase their over all scores and increase number of diversity of it's force..these candidates leap frog over the more qualified white male candidates who actually earned their scores. I took the test in kc...I missed 5 pts ( but then again I have a background in chemistry and advanced science)...women and minority candidates were automatically give 10 pts based on their gender and the color of their skin... I was never hired as a police officer despite scoring high on the test... why because of the need for diversity? which in itself is legal discrimination.. It is fair...No..is it legal...? yep.... now can you imagine how much white women would complain if the government gave white men extra points on say an exam to become elementary school teachers or a nurse...you know to increase "diversity" in those field.. How many universities are "holding seats" for female only candidates in it's computer degree programs? isn't this a form of discrimination? How many universities are holding seats for white men? even though women now outnumber men in college/get more degrees/get more advanced degrees. . How many universities are turning away asian applicant because of diversity in their schools...despite the fact that the asian students have better grades and score higher on performance test. and yes hollywood steretotypes white men...we are shown as the bumblers/the fat guys/the idiots/the paul blarts of the world.... We are always portrayed as the villains...the *$pist...the serial killer...note how you never ever see the YA teen white female hero killing/shooting/kicking an army of female soldiers. She is always shown ninja style defeating grown men. The woman/girl is always shown as the victim and the male the aggressor. My point is there is still alot of discrimination in america....which includes progressive people making retarded assumptions about all white men...such as they aren't discriminated against. You can't just make blanket statments against a whole gender or race Basically in a nutshell...if you don't like what your reading then do us both a favor and go fuck yourself....life is too short to deal with assclowns
