mmm....

Drowing Pool: Let the Bodies Hit the Floor is one of my all time favorites.
Kashmir by Bond Girls (and pretty much anything they do - it's fantastic)
Old Linkn Park..
Dubstep makes me move....
and cool down with Lindsey Stirling and sighs.....Gregorian chant....freaking love walking off a sweat with those beautiful voices.

I love AC/DC - course they are legend here....my favorite song by the is Whole Lotta Rosie..specially live.....but the best spanking song ever..is Ride On. Have your Spike just spank you to the beat of that...all the way through the song...your ass will be stinking.....don't be misled by the slow pace.....laughs.....that's what makes it work!!!

I kind of agree with Dallas in that I like a bit of thunder to drive me, and I often turn to the hard rock and heavy metal of my teen years. But I don't dump melody all together...sometimes a sweeping and grandiose melody can carry you, too...plus I'm a lyrics guy, so I like words that inspire me, too.

My playlist for when I go running or biking includes...

Rolling Stones....Start Me Up, One Hit to the Body
The Who...Baba O'Riley, Who Are You?
Queen...Hammer to Fall, One Vision, I Want it All
Van Halen...Dreams, Best of Both Worlds
G-n-R...Sweet Child, Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City
AC/DC...Highway to Hell, TNT, You Shook Me.
Def Leppard...Rock of Ages, Animal, Let's Get Rocked
Quiet Riot...Bang Your Head, Cum On Feel the Noize
Billy Squier...The Stroke, In the Dark
BTO...Taking Care of Business, You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet
Tom Petty...American Girl, Runnin' Down a Dream
Scorpions...Rock You Like a Hurricane
Bob Seger....Feel Like a Number, Even Now, The Fire Inside
Foreigner...Hot Blooded, Juke Box Hero
Pat Benatar...Hit Me With Your Best Shot, Invincible
Golden Earring...Twilight Zone, Radar Love
Billy Idol...Rebel Yell,
George Thorogood...Bad to the Bone, Movie It On Over
Loverboy....Kid is Hot Tonight
INXS...What You Need
Midnight Oil...Beds are Burning
Sweet...Ballroom Blitz
Poison...Nothin' But a Good Time, Fallen Angel
Peter Gabriel...Big Time
Thin LIzzy...Jailbreak, The Boys are Back in Town
Tina Turner...The Best

Just a sampling

Most of the time these days I am either in a yoga class or a Pilates class so the big whomping sounds are few and far between.

I used to LOVE running to Gary Glitter's Rock and Roll Part 2, TRex (anything) and a bit of Led Zep.
