I was almost good with going...yeah...yeah until I saw the picture...sigh. Reading food blogs before breakfast is bad...

Being from Iowa I too know lefse, several of my friends had them (and Lutefisk) every Christmas eve. my friend that I take care of now is from Minnesota and loves lefse. Thanks for the recipe I will make them for her. (gonna have to play with the salt amount though - she is on a salt restricted diet). I just made her pannekoeken the other day

btw do you use floury (russet type) potatoes or waxy (red type) potatoes?
