I agree with Katie. I might not always comment on blogs I read but I love reading everyone's to help me learn on this path

When you weren't around I thought of yo often - so whatever you write or choose to show is welcome. You being you is the real appeal. Please stay!

I absolutely love your blog just the way it is! I love your funniness, intelligence and also hearing about your adventures, but not only limited to the 'sexy' stuff. Basically I enjoy witnessing your journey.

I voted adding more pictures. I have no idea if that 'helps' but I could imagine it might

There are several ways you can make a blog popular. Firstly, lots of sexy pictures. That alone would get you a shallow readership, of course. If you added erotic stories that the photos depicted, it would increase your readership even more.

That being said, you seem to have more to offer than that. The problem is, of course that blogs are free and there are a lot of them. I, for one go on periodically, seeking out what people have to say for different reasons. Sometimes it's because I’ve actually met the person and I am generally interested in their life. Sometimes, they are just lusty, raunchy and demonstrative and I briefly glance at them to see if anything they’ve written is arousing. There are also those who are involved in the specific kinks that turn me on, so I rush to their blog posts to read about their latest adventures whenever they show up.

My point is, the best you should expect is a loyal readership of fans, plus those trolling for arousal. Judging from the response to your question, you have some of the former. The latter is obviously not worth worrying about.

I am an old fart with an above average sex life who is not really in the lifestyle. (Just a pinch here and a bite there, if you get my meaning.) So I post ridiculously inappropriate things, like travel and garden stories with accompanying photos. Yet I have 68 viewers.

I also put on silly rants about the predatory nature of some of the fake members that the Alt monkeys allow to exist while harassing true members for trivial infractions or ungrounded complaints from grudge holders. I get bunches of comments from those posts. (Bunches = 3 or 4)

So it goes.

Sometimes I get one comment, or even none for the "masterpieces" (imho) I put up. Sometimes I get a dozen comments. (With me commenting back, that comes out to 24 comments. Wooohooooo!)

I keep writing anyway, for me. I think you should so the same if you enjoy writing.

That's all I have to say about that.

I like blogs that cover a wide range of topics ....

You know why I watch this blog. Sure, if you added more pictures, I'd lap them up but this blog doesn't need illustrations because you describe your adventures so well. I get the pictures anyway!

And yes, I can see that a host of people telling you not to change a thing doesn't help your current dilemma. The readership is falling, the number of comments is falling. Same for all of us. So I just add my voice to the chorus that says we blog because we like to put our thoughts and writing out there. If people comment, that adds to the pleasure of writing; if people say nothing, yes, that does make it harder to write the next one because we all need that feedback.

Me? I write when I feel like it. Sometimes people respond, other times they read and move on. Impossible to second guess what they want but I think its true that they respond less when you are trying to please the reader before yourself.

My big plea to you is that you don't stop. That said, if it becomes too much of a chore, then just write less!

Above all, I would hate to see this blog fall idle. When you were gone for so long, Alt became less. When you appeared again, my heart leapt.

I know it's not your job to make my heart leap but I like it when you do!

we are all here for something special. Mere daily chores description does not appear attractive. In BDSM we are all here for something naughty. something with love and care and understanding. We always crave for exotic and amorous activities.

Self-respect is the corner-stone of virtues.

You know I have been one of your very first followers from the beginning. Your adventures have always had me riveted and I have enjoyed them immensely even if I have not had time enough to comment. Many of us will try to give more feedback in the future if you decide to stay. If you dont, we will understand. But please let us know where to find you.

As for content, it has always been good the way it is. I love the way you write and your intelligence. I love your adventures(with all the nitty gritty sex details). And I would be lying if I said I wouldn't enjoy some nice photos. After all, the voyeur NEEDS the exhibitionist.
