It is extremely difficult as a submissive or a woman or a human being to take off the rosy glasses, see truth, and put them back on ...sorta like the guy in the Matrix that is eating that juicy steak and he says, I know there really isn't a steak, it's not tasty and juicy.....but he just didn't care and wanted to be replugged in and had the stupidity to believe they would? Some people just cannot face reality. Your reality is so much better when you can look in the mirror and know your value - priceless. That being said, it is hard to overlook all those intense moments you experienced. I suppose I would say, be thankful for what you learned more about you and what you want rather than what he is or isn't. This is YOUR life...not his. I hesitate to say I'm proud of you because it's not my place. I can say, I know of which you speak and can smiles at you with those eyes of strength and womanhood and say......what a woman you are!!
