i feel better physically when not high carb, but i prefer high carb.
it makes no logical sense that something that makes me feel less tired would not be the prime choice.
i am not much of a meat eater, never have been. i am more a vegetarian.

When I was on a stick diet (vegan) I found it interesting to find out all the stuff they put in food (as I had to read labels to avoid any animal products). I could imagine being on any diet could do the same.

I had for long said that I felt that I had issues with my appetite and clearly I was right. I bet I will finally put on some weight when I get properly better. I have already started tasting food a lot better but nausea keeps my appetite at bay.
