Arnica

Nature has a funny way of telling people what they need and telling people what they don't need - Most of the time the majority of this goes on in the background without anyone noticing.

However, there are times when nature has to be a little more forceful and make someone realise that they need to change.

Sometimes it's as simple as going outside and getting some fresh air - Cleansing with all that 'great outdoors' malarkey which turns so many people on.

Sometimes it's diet and trying new things - Health food shops have made millions out of telling people they can be deficient in something miniscule.

Other times it's more painful.

Other times nature tells someone that what they need to do is cut someone out of their life.

The hardest thing for a human being to do is to walk away from another human being of their own volition.

To effectively cause 'death' in one aspect of their life by severing ties which can be either too good or too bad for someone.

Those too good induce a sense of guilt, incompetence, emptiness and unfairness when they compare themselves - To cut someone out because they deserve better than what they're getting

Those too bad induce a sense of longing, want, importance and need - To cut someone out because they turn someone's world upside down

There isn't any way to change these cuts.

There isn't any way to prevent these cuts.

The best way to deal with all the bruising from these cuts is liberally applying arnica of the soul - A simple tincture already in nature and being used to heal the bruises

A simple smile....
