I am not sarcastic about Men who have entered into my category of respect. I may make sarcastic statements to them, but never about them.

Sarcasm is a defense mechanism in which humor is misdirected to make an indirect statement, usually negative in nature. Men who I find I can be open and honest with, have no difficulties with my sarcasm because it tends towards issues such as politics, human behavior, or things that happen to me during my day. They understand it is my way of dealing with the world and in return, I usually get a good joke or two in response.

However, men who have not earned a place in my soul, aura space, or mind, do see a more negative side to my humor when their unwanted advances move in upon me. Send me a copied letter that you sent to every other sub you could find, and I will make fun of the letter. I also will not hesitate to point out how you could better yourself in the eyes of myself or someone else. Most men who get my direct sarcasm as men who present themselves to me in a manner of "kneel now, bitch," at which point, I see no reason to be polite in return.

I am not a "tee-hee" sub. I am not a sub who purposely acts up so that I can get spanked and brag about it on a blog. But I will use sarcasm to entertain my male companion and help him to have some fun and relax as the chat is witty, intelligent, and more than a 144 character sound byte.

Sarcasm works for me when its needed and I wield it well
in most cases (for me) it is usually just generalities.

I never feel as though I am crying out for attention or love....
