Tempting but coming up empty...any advice?

I'm having issues finding a guy who I can respect enough to submit to. Sounds odd saying that on this site but I want someone who is mature and experienced. I've met a few men who think i should bow down to them without them earning the right to my body and the trust I offer. I'm strong minded, with a tough will. I love to submit but it's hard to find someone who can be both gentle and firm enough for me to want to please them. I willingly give my trust but only to a Dom who can respect what I've just given him. Am I just asking for too much? Any advice?
