Have a Heart Jul 24, 2007 3:06 pm Mood: concerned, 341 Views Well, they are going to be putting a defibrillator in my wife's boyfriend. He is staying in Medical Observation for a few more days for his surgery, then they will be moving him to a regular room. His doctor wants to have him go to Boston for surgery for his seizures. we'll see how things go from there. His heart attack came from a massive seizure. His heart itself is fine. the neurological damage seems to be minor, but he is acting fairly childish for the most part. 0 Comments

Life's a Bitch Jul 23, 2007 8:29 am Mood: frustrated, 386 Views My wife's depression seems to be responding to her treatment, but her diabetes is out of control, and her boyfriend finally has "woke up" from the sedation etc after his heart attack, and he thinks it's 1996. They've only been together for a year and a half. Hopefully he'll return to this century soon. They are talking about setting him up in a nursing facility in the Augusta area. Thats going to really mess things up for my wife. We'll see what happens. 1 comment

Life SUCKS! Jul 13, 2007 5:32 pm Mood: frustrated, 333 Views If its not one thing it's another. I finally got my wife to seek help for her depression, and when we get home, we find out her boyfriend had a MASSIVE heart attack Tuesday night. They normally go out on Wednesdays, and she thought he had stood her up. We didn't find out the truth until today (Friday). He is improving, but is still in ICU. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will be better. 0 Comments

Plumbing Woes May 10, 2007 5:48 pm Mood: cranky, 391 Views Idiot plumber didn't finish the job yesterday. He didn't have a pipe to fit, so he capped off the cold water to the upstairs apartment. now whenever they run any water, our bathroom floods. Then he doesn't come back today to fix it. thats right does not. The landlord called us this afternoon to tell us that the plumber would be in tomorrow. We'll see. 0 Comments

I had an appointment with my endocrinologist, but had to reschedule because a water pipe burst in our building. then I had my final exam in psychology.
