Hello everyone ... well, just giving you all an update. i've added a few new posts and hope you'll visit me. As you know, i've built my own little cottage and its QUITE cozy and i'm very hospitable. ~wink~ Come on over for some tea and crumpets (yeah, sure, okay). Dungeon-Love dot com.

How to get noticed when ruled by bad leadership ...

i just figured it out! i mean, i've known about it for several years now. my last job was the perfect example of this. Want to get noticed when you're dealing with supervisors who are insecure and acting only on situational power rather than inner personal power? Slam your co-worker! Yep -- it works everytime.
The more you put down your peers, the better you look in a bad leader's eyes. That's because bad leaders don't recognize merit because they're too busy being threatened by it. If Milton complains that Joey is late to work again, Joey looks bad and Milton, by default, looks brilliant -- why he's on time to work, never mind he stole half the inventory from the warehouse!
The focus in such an environment is ALWAYS on the negative. We're not going to recognize betty's hard work in organizing shipping supplies, we're going to condemn her for not lining up her steno pads properly on her desk.
Bad leadership breeds corruption and it breeds SERIOUS dissent. The team NEVER comes together and as a result, instead of a leader building a productive, rewarding environment, he builds an oppressive empire. This is it -- the divide and conquer theory: Get everyone back-biting -- divide the ranks -- and they'll all be sidling up to you rather than each other. The bad leader is then CONTROLLING but what does he gain? ONLY power and a big fat ego.
What is power if you don't allow everyone to reap some glory from your ability to do as you will? REAL POWER is what a real Master owns -- good Leaders unite the masses and while competition will exist, rewards are given to those who excel rather than those who seek to destroy.
Well, the reason i bring it up is because i finally figured out what alt is doing with this front page nonsense! Being a "top blogger" is a big deal apparently, so much so that some will fight within instead of supporting each other. God forbid they have the SAME ideals in reaching for self-expression -- nope -- the competition is ruthless and its by design. Alt created the top ten idea so that competition would DRIVE the blogs. Blogs are HARDLY an American Idol competition -- NOTHING is based on talent. The more one can slam a peer, the better they look on the surface. Isn't that what drives political campaigns -- although never mind that because who is the leader creating the cat-fight there? -- let's forget i said that.
When the competition LEAVES the healthy mark and becomes so bitter a race, you know who is to blame, right? The leader. We all follow the leader. If the leader doesn't recognize us for our own merit, we seek to destroy what's around us in order TO BE SEEN. This happened with my own father. He was the ULTIMATE bad leader. NEVER show pride in your kids and what happens? The siblings destroy each other in order to get their daddy to notice them. Its a great way for a bad leader to get loads of attention -- he hasn't the personal power to see success in others because he himself has no confidence, no self-esteem, so he uses SITUATIONAL power to draw attention to himself -- he sees the little ones as wanting to please him when in fact they just want attention themselves.
Have a boss who won't give a deserved promotion? Narc on sarah who just stole a Bic pen from the supply cabinet -- watch how fast you'll see the narc in her new position: "Supply Cabinet Supervisor". Before you know it, you've got all sorts of little pets ratting on each other, all vying for a spot as the boss's special-favorite. They can't get noticed any other way.
i guess i'm a little bitter when i see WHAT sells and when i see what passes me by. i should take comfort in understanding reality and that includes the realization that popularity, like bad leadership, are never based on quality or principle.
Maybe if i didn't attempt to make suggestions for improvement here at alt, i could get ahead. Maybe i ought to figure out a way to sabotage my peers ... the very ones who one day are your pals and the next your enemies. i've got drive and ambition -- i mean, why not?! Its better than stewing, isn't it?
Just remember this: when bad leadership prevails, you don't have friends, you have allies and allies shift with the wind. The one thing that won't get swept up with the wind is integrity. Hold tight, little ones. Hold tight. Its pretty windy out there.

Hey, it reminds me of the ones who used to try and stifle me. (Imagine that! Some people are actually afraid of or intimidated by me! me? Wow!) This makes for a VERY rebellious little girl. No wonder i have Sadistic tendencies!
Well, since they aren't posting my blog and since they keep randomly and arbitrarily deleting my blogs and pics, i'll again mention that there is another venue for reading my blog. Its reliable there AND the sun always shines. Oppression doesn't exist in my world anymore. (So there! ~smile~)

Well, if you know Zeppelin tunes, you'll know that that line is just VERY ticklish!
Now i'd like to ask, "where's my confounded blog?".
i feel sorry for this place. i guess its because i complained -- you know, if you complain, they finally get it back up and posted but its like feeding them Viagra FROM a whip. Unless you shove it down their throat and keep punishing them, they won't respond.
And isn't it so funny really? -- the way they'll then complain about you for complaining! Oh sure, you can be super polite but more than the aggressive no-apology ones who complain, you'll be deemed MORE "difficult" or MORE "demanding" ALL because they confuse nice with non-assertive. Nice approaches that have expired due to EXCRUCIATING patience, are the first ones condemned. i mean, how nice do you have to be before nice turns into doormat foolish?
Eh. Who cares? i'm looking for the bridge -- i'm looking to travel, not stand still just because some prefer stagnancy and murk.

Its been long enough and you'd think i would have figured it out by now ... but hey -- somethings are priority and other things aren't!
i know that the ~C means being a member of The International Core ... and i think the little c -- the ~c -- means that you are a junior member or submissive.
But what are the other doo-hickies with letters? What do they represent? i'd actually like to know because being ignorant is not one of my fetishes. Being a piece-of-f-meat cum-dump-pig-whore, okay, but i'd like to at least be an educated piece-of-f-meat cum-dump-pig-whore. ~wink~

STUPID PEOPLE and the people who love to hate 'em.

Well, i know that title will get attention here at alt. People would rather read about wrath than happiness just as they'd rather read about hate over peace. Its human nature. i'm not human.
It is not just a trend, its taking over! i guess its a new alternative life-style or fetish. Hate-spewing and mean-spiritedness. i mean, i love verbal humiliation but this is a whole new concept!
Yesterday, i noticed a blog by a girl whom i've thought to be just lovely and apparently she succumbed or was under the influence. You know how it is -- getting derailed by the crowd from the wrong side of the tracks. i'm certain she was influenced.
Oh don't get me wrong -- i've FOREVER gone for bad-boys and i like tough Dominant women, too ... and i've been under EVERY INFLUENCE imaginable (people and chemicals) ... but what i don't like are phonies, hypocrites and hate-mongers. i especially dislike that disguise of wisdom used to manipulate the unknowing. This girl who posted the blog apparently got sucked in, no differently from the followers who fall victim to those cult leaders espousing rhetoric while their insides feast on dead corpses.
i have to laugh when i read someone's praise for the supposedly-wise. It reminds me of blind faith. Give the mouse a cookie -- apparently any 'ole cookie will do.
Ahh ... i have wrath and i have contempt today so now maybe the masses will read my blog! Yippee! i'm finally not caring about the popularity contest ... i'd rather be here hated as i stand up to knock them off their high & mighty pedestal.
So, the poor girl who is a nice girl decided to sidle up to one of those types who gets off on belittling people. In fact, the belittler has ONE MOTIVATION in all of her blogs: to come off as better than everyone else. The very nice girl posted something about how delightful it would be to push stupid people down a flight of stairs and then i could have sworn i read something about then pummeling them with rocks.
Opposites make strange bedfellows. What would make this nice girl want to act hateful to the point of emulating the belittler-chick? It wasn't Sadistic -- Sadism has a loving component -- even the most evil Sadism doesn't feel creepy. i don't get it -- this pushing stupid people down stairs and rock pummeling struck me as disturbing. So much so that i had to write this blog!
Stupid people. Wow -- what would be the treatment for those who DESERVE such treatment as opposed to just being born without a brain in the head?
i know a guy -- a guy who gets on the telephone with others and then looks around for an audience to watch him. He then precedes to smugly look over at the audience, roll his eyes, and announce that he's talking to another Einstein. All these stupid, STUPID people -- all these inept people in the world -- poor guy -- can you believe he has to deal with all these dimwits all the time?
Its pretty amazing that everyone in the world is so stupid, no? Poor, poor guy. He's the only smart one in the lot -- no wonder he belittles everyone!
Yeah.
So, sure, i have no tolerance for ineptitude or stupidity -- in fact, it INFURIATES me. Right now i'm ticked as can be that the bank person made a mistake and now my check for my passport is no good and now my passport will be delayed because the idiot at the passport office only knows how to recite text book passages ... and of course i'm irritated beyond belief that the gift i ordered for Master (5 WEEKS AGO ) is still not here because some moron forgot to notify me that some other idiot was fired and forgot to fill the order and wow! This is America! We're all on Bahamas time!
Nothing gets done unless i PUSH for it. Then of course, that gives reason to think me demanding and difficult. Reasonable expectations suddenly are deemed to be who-do-you-think-you-are rude and my patience is met with some officious empty-head spouting off customer service jargon ... "i'm sorry mam but these are the rules" (and i can't interpret rules i can only recite them because i'm an automaton).
Lest we not forget the idiot i hired to take down a 200 year old tree after it was struck by lightening ... let's not forget the song and dance from the guy who supposedly doesn't speak English about how he doesn't understand no comprehende that you need to stop taking valuable Oak beams from my property until you FINISH the job and hey by the way, i re-arranged my weekend to accommodate you and your schedule and AGAIN, for the third weekend in a row, you didn't show up!
Ugh ... like ... ever heard of a telephone? i see you carry a cell phone ... um ... think you could try using it?
BUT ... push him down the stairs and pummel him with rocks? i doubt it. i'd reserve that for the scum who put people down the same way they ingest and spit out the easily conquerable. You know -- vultures do that -- they're ugly and they go after what's easy (nothing to chase -- just dead meat lying there ready for the taking). Ask them to take on a Lion and they'll cower because they're weak and they're cowards and they think strength is displayed through insolence and hubris.
i find narcissists to be SO MUCH MORE despicable! At least stupid people don't know any better. There is an innocence to stupidity UNLESS its an act -- people pretending to be stupid really irk me. Narcissists do this sometimes. But narcissists are generally smart and they PRETEND to be innocent -- they've got it all figured out -- they manipulate better than the most savvy Masters. And so the folk with no intuitiveness or the ones who want desperately to believe, are usually conned into thinking them wise. Bottom line: they are falling for people who don't view people as people.
i've done a ton of reading about narcissists. i was raised by one, i grew up with another one, and i married one. Thankfully, all three of them are permanently out of my life now. i can spot them a mile away. Most people can't identify them because of their cunningness. They're shrewd. But here is the one key thing to remember: NEVER LOVE SOMETHING THAT CAN'T LOVE YOU BACK.
If this sweet girl who posted the blog thinks that some hate-monger narcissist is her friend ... that's natural. All those Kool-Aid drinkers thought they found a friend, too.
Oh i know -- the next thing i'll hear is that i can't take a joke. It was a joke. A JOKE, slave2bholed, a JOKE -- can't you take a joke? Gee, that reminds me of that guy on the telephone belittling everyone ... and that reminds me of my father who found fault with the world and claimed his snide remarks and put-downs were jokes.
Master taught me something i hadn't known and only FELT intuitively for years on end. Master finally put words to my reactions. He said sarcasm is not humor. You want wisdom, people? Its simple and it usually doesn't involve the constant and relentless battering of others -- a bashing or belittling that takes place for the sole purpose of making one person LOOK bigger. Oh yeah -- the hate-spewing condemners are all puffed up -- men or women, it doesn't matter -- the only difference is that female types WANT the penis that the little-penis men want, too. They're inflated with an ego that substitutes for the critical organs they're missing. No heart. No penis. Don't be "stupid" and think you'll ever get any real lovin' from them.

Whew! i did it! Today is Valentine's Day! i'm LIVE! Finally, i can now settle into my rhythm (that being the one that means humping, grinding, WRITHING around like a maniac AND sleeping soundly).
i'll hope to getting to those personal invitations i'd like to send to all my friends here but for now, i sure hope this public post will suffice.
