In honor of "Playtime!" Month, we tracked down ALT.com member and prolific blogger [blog Keres], author of the popular blog "Ex Luna Scientia," which she notes in her profile, "For the uneducated that means "From the moon, knowledge."" Keres' blog takes no prisoners in its scathing humor and insight.

Please describe yourself in just three words.

A: Total, utter, lunatic.

Why did you choose to start a blog on this site?

It's the overflow pipe for my head. I always have too much to say, whether people like it or not. Seemed like a good idea at the time and well it looks like I got stuck! I love writing, what can I say?

Are there any recurring themes you touch on in your blog posts?

B: Yeah. Mockery & humour. I can't help it!

Has blogging led you to interact differently with other members than just having a profile did? How do you deal with the added attention?

A: To be honest I couldn't tell you since I think I started blogging the minute I landed here. It certainly gets you more attention though. 99% of the email I get makes mention of my blog. I deal with as it comes. If you're going to write as much as I do, and be as outspoken then you have to be prepared to deal with the attention from that.

How personal do you get in your blog? Are there things you won't discuss?

Plenty of things, but I'm not going to mention them; obviously! In all seriousness I don't think it's a very good idea to get TOO personal in there, but since alt made it so you choose who sees your posts; there's a little more room for posting stuff. Stuff you only want your friends to see.

Why do you think so many folks read your blog?

Temporary insanity?

Do you have any favorite roleplay scenarios or themes that you like?

I really get off on fear. As in putting the fear of Gods into someone. If I can get inside their head and make them believe they're really in trouble, I'm all for that. Interrogation, abduction, prison scenes and such are brilliant for that.

Do you have any favorite bloggers or groups you like to read?

I think my watched blog list has about twenty-something entries in it. If you're looking for a recommendation for next month's blog feature here's one: [blog gooeyfruitbat]. I promise you, you will NEVER read anything more interesting and bizarre in your life. It's fabulous. I hope you feature it.

Any final wisdom, thoughts, advice? Anything else you'd like ALT readers to know (about you, about anything)?

Yeah. I'm complicated. And despite my apparent lunacy and sarcasm, I'm actually quite nice...
