I have been working out twice a day, like i use to in high school. I get up in the morning and run a mile, then di my sit-ups. M-W-F i lift weights. Then at night every day I run a mile or two, after i am done eating for the day.

While at the gym yesterday, I noticed 3 very attractive women working out in really tight and revealing spandex. Other women looked at them sideways and I could almost feel the jealousy. Women-- Not everyone is into peole like that and there's no reason to be jealous. Most men like average sized women anyway. I actually get turned off by women who expect men to gawk at them.

I just want to see what other people are doing. I personally stick with the basics of bike riding, swimming, running, and things that don't take TOO much but take enough.
