Alright I have been working
out for about 25 years. A few years back a family member had
a catastrophic illness and was hospitalized for almost
a year! Needless to say I could not workout..couldnt concentrate..just

My Workout Routine 26/10/2006
Just thought I'd post my routine:
Before every workout I do 15 mins warm-up on horizon Eliptical.
I usually do this until I start to feel myself begin to sweat,
but not to the point were I am using up energy. Then I know

I have been working out twice a day, like i use to in high school.
I get up in the morning and run a mile, then di my sit-ups.
M-W-F i lift weights. Then at night every day I run a mile
or two, after i am done eating for the day.

Workout with benefits? 28/5/2006
I'm curious about what success anyone out there has
had finding a workout buddy and treating each other to sex
play as a reward for getting into shape. I'm trying
this to get back into shape after slacking off and gaining
more than 10 pounds. I'm guessing that sex with a sweaty
musky workout bud will get hotter and hotter as we trim down

Women and their bodies 11/5/2006
While at the gym yesterday, I noticed 3 very attractive
women working out in really tight and revealing spandex.
Other women looked at them sideways and I could almost feel
the jealousy. Women-- Not everyone is into peole like that
and there's no reason to be jealous. Most men like average
sized women anyway. I actually get turned off by women who
expect men to gawk at them.

I just want to see what other people are doing. I personally
stick with the basics of bike riding, swimming, running,
and things that don't take TOO much but take enough.
That is also partially because I have a bad knee from a soccer
