Last year I was splitting stumps for my father and grandfather using a sledge hammer and wedges. Pulled something in my lower back. Went to the chiropractor and had x-rays taken. Let them work on me and now three months later I still have discomfort and pain. Any other suggestions. The x-rays didn't show anything serious.

Exercises for the inner vaginal muscles, the fanny and the abdomen can all be done by simply tightening muscles, then relaxing them. This can be done without special equipment or a specific set time to do these exercises. I do all three as I move through my day in sets of 25.
