When the ALT website "upgraded" did you loose
any points from your account?
I setup my AdultFriendFinder and ALT accounts on the same date many years
ago and because of that I had accumulated over 1100 points
on both accounts.
Then the ALT site upgraded and my 1100 points vanished.

The new "upgraded" ALT IMC is nowhere as reliable as the old IMC system. 2017/5/10
I have found the new chat system fails regularly. chats
do not connect and fail part way through conversations
regularly.
