There are so many things that you can do to yourself. What kind of sensation are you looking for?
I like abrasion, sandpaper and believe it or not a toilet brush will do the trick to make any cock sore. There are also dog grooming brushes that can be used. You can get all of those things for a dollar or two. Light pokes to the cock and balls with the brushes and some light rubbing with the sandpaper.
