The Lair

In the midst of the distant mountains, towering in the sky, shrouded by the clouds, hidden behind the great waterfall, opens the cold, dark expanse. The mist of the cascading water keeps the space cool, the moisture keeping the entrance green with moss. The light creeping through the shimmering water and an occasional fire for warmth are the only sources of illumination. Deep within the enormus space,away from the roaring sound of water he lies in peace. His tranquility, away from the rest of the world, away from the clashing battles, the countless wars. It is His home. The home of the beast, the One feared in the West and revered in the East. It is best to do both.
