I am still fairly new to the the lifestyle but have a lot of experience and have read / studied a lot. I am still trying new things and I love to be challenged. I just want to add here that I feel a good Dom / Domme does not try to change a spirited sub, the trick is to train the sub to redirect and rechannel that spirit and energy in a manner which is pleasing to the top and helps the sub grow in their role. the reason I added this is I had a discussion with another Dom who felt it was a flaw to be erradicated from a sub.
