I used to ride and traded stable work for time out on the trails when I was younger. I get this a lot so i'm adding it here. What drew me to the lifestyle? When I was younger id hike the fields near my home. I would often twist and break my ankles. I wanted a way to get that endorphin rush without extreme injury.
I love to cook Mexican, Italian , southern, middle eastern, Greek , and some wild game. I spent many years working in restaurants.I like to cook in many different styles and desserts. I cook with Splenda because Im a diabetic.

I have a fascination with ancient cultures from around the world as a . It was Egypt and their gods, later it was the Celtics and King Authur , Greece and Rome. My fascination led to my decor choices from statues of Cleopatra and Nifiretiti to celtic knot curtains.

I'm into rock , Celtic, middle eastern, folk, and metal music. I'm very eclectic in my music just like I am in my tv ,movies.
