Well you must be female and within a reasonable distance You must also be looking for regular long term and possible 24/7, it takes time to build trust and understanding so I am happy to let it have its own pace. Age is not an issue I'm not going to dismiss anyone but lets be honest I'm nearly 50 so unless your very mature or crazy for older men its not going to work if you cant remember a world before apple.
