I am passionate about history, well, with three History related degrees, I should be. I have a particular fascination for Ancient Greece and Rome, as well as the European high middle ages. I find the major political and military happenings of the past interesting, in particular the lives of everyday people in different societies. If I had to name my favourite cuisine, I would have to say it is French provincial, though I do also love Japanese, Mexican, Thai and Turkish.
