Yes, that's a fair description! While I can be submissive...I am also assertive. In that I'm pretty sure what I'm looking for and VERY sure what I am NOT looking for.

This is so challenging! I'm not sure that I have an "ideal" in mind!
One thing utterly mandatory is the ability to write in complete sentences. Without being TOO judgmental, I truly am appalled at the volume of letters I get from those who SEEM to have English as a second language! Professional, well-educated men who can't sting a series of simple sentences together that make sense are an amazement to me! The English language is something I cherish...he MUST be able to communicate on a basic level.
I do know honesty is essential. As are ethics. And a sense of humor. Someone who is responsible and adult but still can find joy in simple things.
Travel is a HUGE bonus! There is so much of the world to explore!
Active and energetic are also necessary...how else will you keep up with me?
