Slavery isnt about abdicating responsibility, self-control or self-discipline. It is, in fact, the acceptance of a greater level of all three. One has
to be more willing to accept responsibility for ones actions & the repercussions of those actions. One has to have self-control & self-discipline, because if you cant control yourself then you cant grant that control to another. To be of service to another & do it well, you have to be able to act, think & perform without constant supervision. Being a slave gives a Master the right to micro-manage your life, but a smart Master prefers a certain amount of autonomy in their slave so that their lives run more smoothly. A slave that can anticipate the needs, wants & desires of their Master requires being able to think for oneself, plan & multi-task.
