The "Weeding 'Em Out" process
As anyone with an ounce of maturity will tell you it's what's on the inside that counts. As for anyone that thinks differently, they're too shallow for my taste anyway. I may be a plain brown wrapper, but inside you may find the best gift you've ever gotten.
Not vain nor down-putting, I simply know who I am and am quite comfortable with myself. In a nutshell I would describe myself as intelligent, witty, loyal, honest, adventurous, openminded and fun. I enjoy a night out on the town, a drive in the mountains, an impromtu day trip or a night in. I am a mother, grandmother, ex combat medic, best friend, farm girl, sophisticate. Fairly easy going, I have learned that few things in life are worth raising one's blood pressure over. Since circumstances of life often can't be controlled, it's best to go with the flow and be able to adjust to change as quickly as possible.
I have learned through alt that I am not sub nor Domme, but actually a switch. I am not looking for someone to train - I have already raised my children and have no desire to start again. Although I do not have years of experience in BD/SM, I do have enough r/t experience to know what I like and want. I am NOT interested in being a 3rd party participant, so don't ask. Have learned through the process of life that I prefer a monogamous relationship and can be loyal to a fault. However, that doesn't mean I'm blind to deceit. I believe that I am a good judge of character and have no desire to have those around me who are vain, deceitful or shallow.

My Ideal Person:
Perhaps what I am NOT looking for would be the best place to start. The "Weeding 'Em Out" process again. I am not looking for someone who simply wants cheap sex. I am not looking for someone has no interest in getting to know me as a person.
What I AM looking for is someone who first wants to know who I am and is as comfortable with me as I am with myself - someone who accepts me as I am with no changes required.
Someone who is down to earth and honest would be a plus.
I love a man with a quick wit and a sense of humor. That is what draws me in - not a particular physical look. He should have the ability to laugh at himself as well as laugh with me. A sense of adventure is a plus. He MUST be honest and intelligent. I prefer a "take charge" sorta guy but also need to know that my opinion is of value. He should be as comfortable in a suit as he is in jeans and t-shirt. He should love animals and children. He should not be afraid of expressing his feelings, either in the privacy of a home or in public. He may be a sports fan but should not require me to share his enthusiasm. He should love the outdoors and wildlife and should enjoy getting into the mountains every chance there is to do so. He should like to camp and fish, and may enjoy hunting although he should not require me to share his desire to hunt. I prefer to do my hunting with a camera. He should be a gentleman in public, but "the gloves are off" in the bedroom.
