Little girls are taught so many habits under the guise of being a "good girl"......being polite and acting like a lady. It was a fact of society that was just readily accepted. The world is changing and as is seen in the headlines nowadays those good little girls have become strong, powerful women who refuse to accept those long outdated notions.

I saw an article within the last couple weeks. Some school in Utah, I think, was telling girls they couldn't say no to a boy, if they asked them to dance at a school dance. WTF? Really?

I didn't read the whole article, but really? I agree. Let the children, especially girls, go with their gut. If they do not want someone, anyone, to touch them, No, or even no thank you, should be sufficient. That article really made me mad.
