I love to give enemas, take rectal temps, do thorough vaginal and speculum exams. For me an enema is one of the most intimate of experiences. I love to give or take long gentle enemas, with lot of caressing and gentle stimulation. Of course usually it is necessary to take a rectal temperature before the enema. If you are constipated it is always helpful to take a rectal suppository before the enema. The suppository has to be held until it starts to work and during that time, it is good practice to hold the one with the suppository and gently kiss them to soothe them. The suppository often is assisted by a small bulb enema, after the suppository has been held just begun to work. I love to play doctor and do complete exams. I know what I am doing because I was trained by a nurse who enjoyed the play. I have the necessary equipment for a complete examination. I also love to be taken care of by a gentle compassionate nurse who takes my temperature rectally, does a thorough rectal exam, and then administers a series of gentle enemas of increasing volume, until the return is clear.
